Shipping and delivery

HypoCleanse products are manufactured and packaged in Michigan.

Order processing

In-stock retail orders normally ship the same business day. Same-day shipping means dispatch, not same-day delivery. Carrier pickup schedules, holidays, stock availability and order verification can affect dispatch. For time-sensitive orders, contact ebay@hypocleanse.com before ordering.

Parcel shipping

We use UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage and FedEx Ground, depending on the shipment. Typical carrier estimates after dispatch are 1–5 business days for UPS Ground and FedEx Ground in the contiguous U.S., and 2–5 business days for USPS Ground Advantage. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Your tracking information provides the current delivery estimate.

Free shipping

Free shipping applies to HypoCleanse product sizes of 5 gallons and below delivered within the contiguous United States. This offer does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, drums or quoted freight shipments. Contact us before ordering if your shipment falls outside this offer.

Drums, large quantities and freight

Drums and large-quantity orders ship by freight using Central or R+L. Freight pricing, preparation time and delivery estimates are quoted for the individual order. Liftgate service is available for an additional fee. Please tell us before the shipment is booked if you need a liftgate or have other delivery requirements so these can be included in your quote.

Tracking and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If tracking shows a delay, or an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact ebay@hypocleanse.com with your order number. Keep the packaging and include photos when reporting damage so we can help resolve the issue.
