Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases through HypoCleanse.com. Please review the product information, these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Return and Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy before placing an order.

Orders and product information

Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information when you order. Check the product concentration, package size and quantity before completing checkout. Product listings describe the item being offered; images may differ slightly in appearance because of lighting, screen settings or packaging updates.

Prices and payment

The checkout shows the price, applicable taxes and shipping charges for your order. Bulk and freight orders may require a separate quote. Review and approve any quoted freight or liftgate charges before the shipment is booked. If a product is unavailable or an order contains an error that affects fulfillment, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Any canceled, paid items will be refunded.

Promotional offers

Discounts apply only to the products, dates, purchase requirements and sales channels stated in the offer. Enter the applicable code at checkout. Minimum purchase amounts, usage limits and restrictions on combining discounts are shown with each promotion. A website promotion does not automatically apply to eBay, TikTok Shop or Amazon purchases.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch, parcel delivery, free shipping and quoted freight. Our Return and Refund Policy explains our 30-day return window, product condition requirements, return shipping costs and refunds.

Product use

Read and follow the directions, precautions and storage instructions on the product label and the applicable Safety Data Sheet. Use the product only for the purposes stated on its label. Contact Sales@hypocleanse.com to request the applicable SDS or product information.

Website use and privacy

Do not use this website for unlawful activity or attempt to interfere with its operation. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Links to other marketplaces or websites are subject to those sites’ own terms and policies.
